By accessing or using Barber Connect (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
The App allows barbershops and barbers to manage walk-in queues, appointments, sales tracking, and customer communication, and allows customers to find, book, and check in with barbers. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information.
Shop owners may be required to maintain an active subscription to access certain features. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You are responsible for managing your subscription and any charges incurred.
Card payments made through the App for services rendered by a barber are processed via Stripe and are transactions between the customer and the barber/shop. We are not a party to those transactions and are not responsible for the quality of services rendered.
You are responsible for any photos, videos, or other content you upload to the App, and you confirm you have the right to share it. We may remove content that violates these terms.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the App.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
